Job summary

South Boston Health & Rehab Center is seeking a full-time HR Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and HR tasks for our community. You will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.

The role requires at least two years in payroll/HR administration, with knowledge of applicable laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA) and proficiency in HRIS systems. This position is based on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Working knowledge of payroll regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA) and unemployment guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform human resources/payroll functions for the community following current accounting principles and state/federal regulations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
