Job summary

Apploi in Graceville, FL is seeking a detailed Payroll Specialist to maintain payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and support benefits administration in a faith-based organization.

The role requires experience with payroll processing, timekeeping systems (Paycom, ADP or similar), and knowledge of payroll tax regulations. You will handle confidential data with discretion and support management with timely reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, or related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping platforms (experience with Paycom, ADP, or similar preferred).
• Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with government or healthcare payroll is a plus.
