Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years payroll and or time keeping experience
• Degree Preferred
• Must be able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and possess a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of payroll for DC, including new hires, maintenance, and processing.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Generate exception reports to clear missed punches in Kronos.
• Ensure data accuracy across Kronos and PeopleSoft.
• Maintain Kronos department listing and update accordingly.
• Conduct audits to validate accuracy prior to payroll closure.
• Process terminations and off-cycle requests for all non-exempt staff.
• Provide accurate and friendly customer service by answering associates' payroll questions.
