Job summary

MRA-The Management Association is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR Services team in Milwaukee for a long-term engagement with a member organization. This role involves two on-site days per week at Shorewood with opportunities for additional engagements.

You will partner with member organizations across industries, handling.employee relations, open enrollment, leadership coaching, and HR process improvements, while ensuring compliance and efficient HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–12 years HR experience.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of multiple HRIS platforms (ADP WFN, UKG Pro, Paylocity, Paycom, Paycor).
• Willingness to travel to member companies within an hour of Waukesha, WI.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and complete ongoing assignments for members using HR practice principles and cost-effective methods.
• Provide HR support to member organizations ranging from 10 to 10,000 employees.
• Support HR projects: handbooks, audits, investigations, system implementations, and other strategic projects.
• Maintain accurate billable service records and complete semi-monthly time reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
