MRA-The Management Association is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our HR Services team in Milwaukee for a long-term engagement. This role involves two days per week on-site at our member organization in Shorewood, with opportunities for additional engagements across other members.

You will partner with organizations on strategic and day-to-day HR challenges, ranging from employee relations and open enrollment to process improvements and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–12 years of HR experience.
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of multiple HRIS platforms (ADP WFN, UKG Pro, Paylocity, Paycom, Paycor).
• Payroll processing experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel to member companies within an hour of Waukesha, WI.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support to member organizations across multiple industries.
• Handle payroll & benefits administration, policy interpretation, and coaching leaders.
• Manage employee life-cycle, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR support.
• Support HR projects like handbooks, audits, investigations, and systems implementation.
• Maintain accurate billable service records and time reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
