Job summary

Enviro Forest seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition professional to identify and engage candidates across diverse roles, coordinating with senior HR to smooth the interview process. You will post openings, screen resumes, and manage follow-ups to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You will also assist onboarding, research hiring trends, and help shape workforce strategy in collaboration with marketing, BD, and operations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to coordinate across diverse technical and business teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and open to learning recruitment and performance analytics tools.
• Passion for HR, talent acquisition, and contributing to strategic company growth initiatives.
