Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina invites applications for an HR Partner who will support a broad range of HR functions across the organization. The role emphasizes employee relations, benefits, onboarding, HR systems, and process improvements, collaborating with leaders and HR teams to deliver responsive service.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5+ years of progressive HR experience, and UKG proficiency; travel up to 75% and a valid driver's

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience; UKG experience highly preferred.
• Independently manage a broad range of HR responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Provides hands-on HR support across employee relations, total rewards, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, training and process improvement.
• Supports recruiting and onboarding by assisting with candidate screening, interview coordination, and hiring-manager support.
• Facilitates HRIS transactions and data integrity within UKG; partners with Organizational Development on system enhancements and reporting.
• Develops and documents processes; leads training sessions and LMS content creation with the Org Development team.
• Builds trusted relationships with leaders to coach on HR issues and improve onboarding experiences.
