Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 5–8 years HR experience; HR data analytics and reporting
• Experience with HR information systems and managing employee data
• Ability to analyze data using Excel or similar tools and communicate findings clearly

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to two client groups; interpret policies and resolve routine matters
• Support managers with performance expectations, employee development, and investigations under guidance
• Facilitate HR processes including performance management, promotions, and offboarding
