Job summary

FirstEnergy Corp is seeking an HR Representative to provide confidential HR support for prospective, current, and former employees, reporting to the Manager, Human Resources. The role will be located at Fort Martin or Harrison Power Station and requires strong cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making.

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• SPHR/PHR certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and communicate findings.
