• Experience supporting unionized workforces and working knowledge of CBAs.
• Experience managing HR compliance across multiple states.
• Proven ability to lead workplace investigations and develop HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations strategy across multi-state, unionized environments.
• Manage investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee HR policy governance and compliance programs.
• Provide coaching and training to leaders on performance and harassment prevention.
