Job summary

The University of Miami is seeking a transformative Senior Associate Vice President, Human Resources Operations, to lead enterprise HR technology, transactions, analytics, data governance, and related HR systems. This role focuses on optimizing Workday HCM, automating processes, and delivering high-quality service across the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, information systems, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred for senior leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise HR operations and technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for HR technology strategy, governance, and optimization.
• Lead enterprise HR transactions, service delivery, analytics, and governance.
• Oversee HR Call Center strategy, triage pathways, and customer service metrics.
• Advance workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Establish data governance standards, controls, and risk management.
• Partner across HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and leadership to drive transformation.
• Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary HR Operations team.
