Job summary

• Maintains open communication with client groups to represent HR services.

• Identifies training needs and facilitates orientation for staff.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and ensures objectives are met.
• Supports recruitment for professional staff; builds talent pipelines.
• Career management and coaching for staff on skills development.
• Monitors employee engagement surveys and exit reports; acts to improve teamwork.
• Keeps knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Maintains internal controls and trains staff on policies.
