Job summary

The University of Miami seeks the Sr. Assoc. VP, HR Operations to provide enterprise-wide leadership for HR technology, transactions, analytics, and service delivery.

You will partner with HR leadership and other departments to ensure data-driven, compliant, and efficient operations. Focus on implementing Workday HCM, standardizing configurations, automating processes, and delivering actionable dashboards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of HR operations or equivalent leadership experience.
• Experience leading HR technology ecosystems and analytics.
• Strong governance, compliance, and data integrity skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology ecosystem strategy and governance.
• Align Workday HCM with org strategy and security.
• Drive standardized configurations and system integrations.
• Oversee HR transactions, call center, and reporting.
• Improve processes via automation and self-service tools.
