Job summary

Port Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is seeking a dynamic HR professional to assist in all facets of human resources, including compensation, recruitment, compliance, policy implementation, performance management, talent management, and employee relations. You will support the Director of Human Resources and help prepare essential reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in HR duties as described above or equivalent experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports recruiting and hiring functions.
• Assists in maintaining HR webpages and employee information records.
• Enters requisitions for HR using HRIS.
• Supports preparation of HR reports and documents.
• Assists with benefits, onboarding, and employee communications.
