Qualifications

• Minimum three to five (3 - 5) years of human resources experience, preferably within a professional or corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Facilitate end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communications, interview feedback tracking, and candidate dispositioning.
• HR Operations, Systems & Processes: Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including initiating onboarding workflows, collecting and reviewing required documentation, coordinating pre-employment and first day activities, ensuring timely completion of HRIS tasks, communicating with new hires and internal stakeholders, and tracking outstanding items through completion.
• Maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and recurring reports, ensuring accuracy of workforce metrics; identify discrepancies and coordinate resolution as needed.
• Serve as knowledgeable resource for routine HRIS transactions and processes within ADP Workforce Now, including recruiting, onboarding, employee data, reporting, and other HR modules.
• Conduct exit interviews with departing employees, document and summarize feedback, and identify recurring themes or trends.
