Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, OH seeks an Early Career Extern in Human Capital. The role provides hands-on experience in compensation, data validation and total rewards programs while exposing you to HR functions across the organization.

You will support project-based initiatives, learn from Human Capital professionals, and build cross-functional networks. Rising Sophomores or Juniors with a 3.0+ GPA who are authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Rising Sophomore or rising Junior currently enrolled in an accredited degree program (Grad date 2029 or 2030).
• Strong academic record (minimum 3.0 GPA).
• Major in HR, Labor/Industrial Relations, Analytics, Finance or related field.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data validation and cleanup for projects.
• System and process integration activities.
• Documentation and reporting support for merger efforts.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Use project management to track assignment status.
