• Experience in HR operations and payroll transactions.
• Ability to interpret policies and state or federal guidelines.
• Independent judgment in processing HR transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming forms, faxes, electronic correspondence and other documents from employees related to staffing concerns, including New Hire/Re-Hire, Transfers, Promotions, Demotions, Job Title Changes, Separations and Reductions in Force (RIFs), Contract renewal.
• Lead the hiring process, including human resources, payroll and budget transactions for all new hires with support from others as peak activity demands.
• Support the broader HR team in responding to routine queries related to staffing policies and programs.
• Manage and carry out activities related to staffing policies and related programs for Highline.
