Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative support, HR, or office experience.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
• Support recruiting coordination, onboarding activities, and benefits communications.
• Assist with HRIS data entry and employee record updates.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with employment requisitions, applications, and pre-employment screening.
• Coordinate onsite interviews, scheduling, candidate communications, and visitor logistics.
• Assist with onboarding activities and orientation preparation.
• Create, organize, maintain, and audit personnel files and HR records.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee, compensation, medical, and personnel information.
• Support benefit communications and distribution of open enrollment documents.
• Assist HR Manager with recruiting initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Provide admin support to the local leadership team.
• Support special projects and departmental initiatives as assigned.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and site activities.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and business documents.
• Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
