Job summary

Edgesource Corporation is seeking an Operations Specialist to support HR administration, workplace operations, and employee engagement. You will coordinate onboarding, benefits, and compliance while acting as a central point of contact across departments.

The role requires 5+ years in HR/operations, hands-on ADP WorkforceNow experience, and strong data accuracy. On-site 3-5 days and remote 1-2 days, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR administration, Operations, or a related support function.
• Working knowledge of benefits administration, onboarding, and core HR processes.
• Hands-on experience with ADP WorkforceNow and a high level of data accuracy.
• Familiarity with employment compliance basics, such as I-9s, record retention, and confidentiality requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, status changes, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments and life event changes.
• Collaborate with finance on payroll data updates and deductions.
• Maintain HRIS records and support compliance efforts (postings, audits, policy revisions).
• Coordinate background checks with vendors and track results.
• Plan and support employee engagement activities and recognition programs.
