PACS is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Salt Lake City to manage employee data in Workday and related HR systems. You will support ongoing HR processes, coordinate with benefits, payroll, onboarding, and HR partners, and help ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while upholding data integrity and company policies.

Qualifications

• An associate or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years in HR, HR Operations, or HRIS support with data processing experience.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS to process transactions and generate reports.

Responsabilités

• Process and maintain employee data in Workday and other HR systems.
• Support recurring HR Operations processes and coordinate handoffs with HR Ops, Benefits, Payroll, Onboarding, HRBPs, Compliance, and facility contacts.
• Review records for missing or inaccurate information and resolve discrepancies within guidelines.
• Perform audits and data validation including I-9s, employee records, licensing, and vendor records.
• Develop, maintain, and improve SOPs, checklists, templates, and job aids.
