Job summary

The Singing River Health System is seeking an HR Support Specialist to assist with complex administrative tasks, maintain confidential records, and generate reports to support HR operations at Singing River Pascagoula Hospital.

You will answer questions about policies, benefits, and HR services, support projects for the Chief Human Resources Officer, Employee Relations Manager, or HR Operations Director, and ensure professional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Three years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in human resources highly preferred.
• Must have de-escalation training completed by the end of position orientation (90 days).
• Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Epic or other EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and overseeing HR records and generate reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service and consult on HR policies, procedures, processes, benefits, and HR services.
• Complete projects and tasks as assigned by the CHRO, Employee Relations Manager, or HR Operations Director.
