Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Must have de-escalation training completed within 90 days and possess appropriate level of de-escalation training.
• Three years of office experience preferred, with at least one year in HR.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a confidential, high-volume HR environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and generate reports to support HR processes.
• Provide customer and consultative service on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Support projects assigned by senior HR leaders and managers.
