Job summary

GeneFab is seeking an HR Operations & Program Manager to own end-to-end HR systems, administer total rewards, and manage immigration and records. The role includes HRBP duties, updating policies, performance management, and coordination with Finance, IT, Internal Audit to align practices across the U.S. and Taiwan.

The candidate will develop recognition programs, oversee recruiting processes, and drive learning and development, while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of progressive HR experience, including end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
• Hands-on experience administering group health and welfare benefits, open enrollment, and 401(k) coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate policy into plain language.

Responsibilities

• Own all internal HR systems including end-to-end employee lifecycle management and HR records.
• Administer Employee Total Reward program, including core benefits, 401K, and onsite perks.
• Manage immigration and visa processing.
• Maintain and issue HR records (offer letters, templates, separation agreements).
• Own the employee handbook and policies to ensure compliance across US and Taiwan.
• Oversee performance management cycle and coordinate with Finance, IT, Internal Audit.
• Develop recognition and engagement programming and coordinate company events.
• Oversee recruiting processes and advise on recruiting best practices.
