Repertoire Immune Medicines, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Human Resources to partner with the VP of HR and scale people infrastructure across the U.S. and Switzerland.

The role covers HR operations, benefits & total rewards, compliance, talent acquisition, and employee relations in a fast-growing biotech environment. The Associate Director will manage end-to-end processes, design scalable systems, and advise leadership on workforce strategy, payroll, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience including HR Operations and business partnership
• Biotech or life sciences industry experience preferred
• Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and data reporting

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize HR operations across two sites, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Oversee benefits enrollment, payroll reconciliation, and vendor partnerships.
• Partner with Finance on semi-monthly U.S. payroll and Swiss payroll adjustments.
• Develop HR dashboards and executive reporting for leadership.
