TQI Solutions seeks proactive, visionary thought leaders to drive impactful solutions for clients in Hawai'i. This role serves as the local extension of Corporate HR, delivering embedded operational support to the PHNSY program team.

The position is full-time, exempt, with a hybrid work location possible. A DoD/government contracting background and active security clearance are highly valued in this role, which offers solid benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of administrative, operations, or coordination experience.
• Active security clearance required.
• Experience in DoD or government contracting preferred.
• Strong Excel and Office skills.

Mansioni

• Process and track system account requests accurately and per procedures.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires, including badging and workspace setup.
• Maintain compliance data to support IMS and CMMI requirements.
• Enter and maintain HR and compliance data in designated systems.
• Assist with Vendor Approval System (VAS) and Monthly Status Reports (MSRs).
• Oversee administrative tracking systems and processes.
• Prepare monthly program reports for HQ.
• Provide local recruiting coordination and candidate communications.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and notes.
• Track training completion and compliance for site personnel.
• Review Costpoint for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with local staffing agencies as needed.
• Provide administrative support to Program Manager and Deputy PM.
