Ecolab in the UAE seeks an HR Operations Specialist to deliver comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, including payroll, benefits, records, and HR systems. You will partner with employees, managers, COEs, finance, and external vendors to ensure accurate data and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or accounting-related field, business administration or other related area.
• 5 years of Human Resources experience preferably of significant payroll experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; strong customer service, communication, analytics and presentation skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong organizational, time and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to make recommendations & decisions.
• Results-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills balanced with creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Preferred: HR or Accounting Certification.
• Proficient in Sage or Workday; MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end HR Operations support across the employee lifecycle.
• Administer payroll processes, HR expenses, and vendor relationships.
• Manage leave administration and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate medical insurance enrolments and benefits administration.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
• Support onboarding and relocation logistics for new hires and transfers.
• Execute operational employee lifecycle activities (hiring, transfers, promotions, exits).
• Maintain employee data in HR systems ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Support regional/global HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
