99 Ranch Market seeks an HR Coordinator to support HR operations across multiple distribution centers and East Coast retail stores. You will partner with warehouse leadership to ensure compliant HR services, onboarding, and workforce planning while maintaining high employee engagement.

The role requires 2–4 years HR experience in warehouse/logistics, a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, and ability to travel to various DCs and stores.

• 2–4 years HR experience in warehouse/logistics environment.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations for multiple DCs and retail stores.
• Assist with recruitment for hourly and management roles.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation.
• Process status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Support employee relations and investigations.
• Ensure HR compliance and store safety training.
• Travel to warehouses as needed.
