Job summary

99 Ranch Market is seeking an HR Assistant (Training & Operations Support) to help organize and deliver training programs across multiple locations. The role supports enrollment, scheduling, communications, recordkeeping, reporting, and day-to-day coordination with stores, trainers, participants, and HR partners.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with 0–2 years of related experience, proficient in MS Office, bilingual in English and Mandarin or Spanish, and able to handle confidential

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 0-2 years administrative/Human Resources/training coordination experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Mandarin or English/Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; able to learn internal systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Clear communication and professional, service-oriented approach.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate company training programs (onboarding, compliance, leadership development).
• Schedule sessions, maintain rosters, send reminders, coordinate among stores, trainers, participants.
• Track enrollment, attendance, course completion, assessments; flag missing records.
• Maintain training records and learning system data per processes and deadlines.
• Prepare training materials, sign-in sheets, materials, and certificates.
• Support training logistics (room setup, virtual meetings, materials distribution).
• Update training trackers, dashboards, and regular reports for the team.
• Assist with stores, managers, and participants on training schedules and documentation.
