Mercy is hiring an HR Operations Partner to deliver proactive, personalized HR services for caregivers and leaders at Mercy facilities. You will support talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and caregiver experience across locations, providing on-site and remote guidance while building a thriving workplace culture.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, policy enforcement, and strong customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or mission-driven settings is a plus.
• Onsite work at Mercy facility minimum two days/week with flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive, personalized HR support for Mercy caregivers and leaders.
• Assist with talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and caregiver experience.
• Deliver day-to-day HR guidance, issue resolution, and operational support across locations.
