Mercy is hiring an HR Operations Partner to deliver proactive, personalized HR services for caregivers and leaders at Mercy facilities. You will support talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and caregiver experience across locations, providing on-site and remote guidance while building a thriving workplace culture.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, policy enforcement, and strong customer service, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, business or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or mission-driven settings is a plus.
• Onsite work at Mercy facility minimum two days/week with flexible remote work.

Job Description

This position will support Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City The HR Operations Partner delivers proactive, personalized service for Mercy caregivers, building trusted relationships and responding to their needs with compassion, consistency, and accountability. The position is responsible for supporting core human resources functions designed to elevate the caregiver lifecycle through talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and caregiver experience for assigned locations or business units. The role provides remote and onsite HR support to caregivers and leaders, serving as a trusted resource for day-to-day guidance, issue resolution, and operational needs. The role partners cross-functionally to build a thriving workplace culture and supports projects aligned with ministry and departmental goals.

Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, operations, management, project coordination or related field
• Experience supporting team dynamics, operational processes, employee relations, HR operations, and compliance, or other similar areas.
• Exposure to recruitment, training, and employee engagement initiatives and/or other people-focused initiatives.
• Experience working in healthcare, mission-driven organization or other sectors with a strong focus on people and culture is a plus.
• Ability to serve onsite at a Mercy facility a minimum of two days/week with flexibility for remote work as needed.

Preferred Skills

Experience or interest in leading weekly New Caregiver Orientation
