Job summary

Christ Fellowship Church is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to serve as the HR team’s operational hub, supporting 450+ staff across multiple campuses with daily administrative, onboarding, and logistics tasks.

This role handles employee lifecycle processes, compliance, event hospitality, budget tracking, and ministerial workflows; you’ll work with confidentiality, integrity, and strong hospitality to welcome staff and coordinate cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

• Prerequisite: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant administrative or HR operational experience.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and standard financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & offboarding coordination and staff orientations.
• Manage HR events, hospitality, and staff wellness activities.
• Support budgets, expense reports, and invoicing processes.
• Maintain confidential employee records and assist with compliance tasks.
• Coordinate with campus locations and volunteer HR support.
