Job summary

Christ Fellowship Church is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team as the central operations hub for daily administrative functions, logistics, and projects across 450+ staff and multiple campus locations.

The role blends employee lifecycle support, hospitality, budgeting, compliance, and ministerial workflows into a cross-functional support position, with responsibilities spanning onboarding, events, travel reimbursements, and confidential information handling.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and office software.
• Experience handling confidential employee information with discretion.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and detail orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and hospitality skills for events and staff support.
• Knowledge of HR processes and compliance basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares environments, orders supplies, and schedules New Hire Orientations and onboarding tasks.
• Coordinates 90-day reviews and Years of Service check-ins.
• Manages onboarding logistics for interns and Residents and tracks quarterly reviews in 15Five.
• Conducts background check re-runs and maintains up-to-date labor law posters across campuses.
• Manages HR emails, announcements, and staff communications.
• Oversees hospitality for HR events, recruit events, and staff trainings.
• Reconciles monthly expense reports using Concur and Anybill; supports audits in Prophix.
• Assists with ministerial licensing processing, housing allowances, and pastor tax forms.
• Manages workspace moves, room reservations, and access control for HR.
• Coordinates safety trainings, Lunch & Learns, and other staff development events.
