• 1+ year HR-related experience (Home Health preferred).
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new hires and assist with onboarding PAS attendants.
• Maintain accurate, compliant employee records.
• Run background checks and pre-employment screenings.
• Schedule orientations, trainings, and employee meetings.
• Handle HR data entry, reporting, and personnel documentation.
• Answer employee questions regarding timesheets, benefits, and training requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the PAS HR team.
• Assist with leading daily HR office operations and ensuring workflows run efficiently.
• Serve as a resource for staff and help promote a positive, professional work environment.
• Support HR leadership with recruiting, retention, and employee engagement initiatives.
