Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• Five years of HR experience, with three in operations or Shared Services leadership.
• Proficiency with Workday, Microsoft 365, and AI tools such as Copilot.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Shared Services operations including AskHR, records, transactions, and offboarding.
• Establish standardized processes, service levels, and escalation paths.
• Utilize Workday and HR ticketing systems to manage workflows and data integrity.
• Advance self-service through automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Build dashboards and reports for leadership, including required compliance reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.
• Oversee HR policies and compliance with laws and regulations.
