Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–10 years of direct HR experience.
• 7–10 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment partners for hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Partner with HQ shared services for payroll actions and compensation changes.
• Develop and improve compensation structures aligned with market competitiveness.
• Lead workforce planning strategies based on business growth and labor market trends.
• Document investigations and outcomes for compliance and audit readiness.
• Support HR program implementation for new business initiatives and expansions.
