Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 8+ years HR experience.
• Experience managing HR operations, employee lifecycle, compliance, reporting.
• Experience partnering with HR Business Partners and leaders.
• Knowledge of CA employment law and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR Operations and ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Serve as primary contact with Centers of Excellence for program delivery.
• Manage onboarding, changes, leaves, workers' comp, payroll coordination, separations.
• Build cross-functional relationships with employees, HRBP's, and leaders.
• Oversee HR mailbox and ensure timely inquiries and accurate responses.
• Maintain compliant personnel files and protect confidential information.
• Produce HR metrics and reports to drive engagement and retention.
• Stay updated on trends and best practices across HR functions.
• Support HR Operations staff and back-ups during absences.
