University of Colorado Anschutz is seeking an HR and Operations Professional to lead HR and administrative operations for the GI, Trauma, Endocrine Surgery (GITES) and Surgical Oncology divisions. The role supports onboarding, payroll, and time collection for both faculty and staff, partnering with HR Shared Services and affiliate hospitals.

• Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, social sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of professional HR generalist experience.
• 2 years of professional HR generalist experience.
• Experience in academic medical center and HR for faculty preferred.
• Must be able to work on campus in Aurora, Colorado.

Responsabilidades

• Lead HR transactions, onboarding, and time collection for faculty and staff.
• Coordinate onboarding with affiliate hospitals and HRSS; manage time off and leave submissions.
• Draft job descriptions and letters of offer for new faculty; handle terminations with HR.
• Provide HR guidance and counsel; ensure compliance with HR policies across divisions.
