Job summary

MOBIS North America Electrified Powertrain, LLC (MNAe) in Alabama is seeking an Assistant Manager of Human Resources to lead day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will focus on recruiting, attendance and leave administration, performance management, payroll and benefits coordination, HR systems, and compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• At least ten years of HR management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading HR teams or projects preferred.
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing multi-shift environment preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Support HR priorities and apply policies consistently across the organization.
• Serve as an accessible HR resource for staff, supervisors, and managers with clear guidance on policies and workplace concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation and work with leadership on next steps.
• Coordinate recruiting and hiring for hourly and salaried positions.
• Coordinate payroll, timekeeping, attendance, benefits, and leave administration.
