Job summary

Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment seeks an HR Operations Supervisor to oversee the Transactions and HRIS teams, ensuring data quality and accurate personnel records. The role guides HR system configurations and reports to support agency operations and policy execution.

Responsibilities include staff development, data-driven HR insights, and collaboration with DCT leadership on HR processes and compliance. Onsite work required with limited telework options.

Qualifications

• Three years of public sector HR experience including processing or oversight of personnel transactions.
• Experience interpreting HR policies, employment laws, data practices and bargaining agreements.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, modifying, and reporting data using Microsoft Office, OBIEE or Crystal Reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Transactions and HRIS teams in daily HR operations.
• Provide professional HR guidance on system configurations and personnel transactions.
• Ensure data quality and generate workforce dashboard reports for management.
• Lead development of personnel procedures, policies, and HRIS reporting.
