Job summary

Hussmann's Summer Internship Program in Bridgeton, MO offers a hands-on introduction to HR Operations, including HRIS, Legal Compliance, Benefits, and Compensation. The 12-week program provides meaningful experience for students pursuing a bachelor’s degree and gives exposure to a global manufacturing leader.

Participants will network with senior leaders, tour Hussmann’s Global Hub and R&D Lab, and engage in community outreach and an Innovation Challenge, building broad HR skills.

Responsibilities

• Network with senior leaders, associates, and other program interns to learn about our organization.
• Attend tours of Hussmann's 1.6 million square foot manufacturing facility, our Global Hub, and the R&D Lab.
• Participate in community stewardship outreach, offsite, and career development events.
• Compete in our annual Ideation & Innovation Challenge.
