You will gain exposure to core HR functions, documentation, and internal communications while collaborating with leadership to drive HR initiatives in a growing tech company. Applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and be a U.S. person.

Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or HR IR.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028 preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through clubs or volunteer activities.
• Prior HR internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exposure to Core HR Functions: performance reviews, compliance documentation, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with line leadership to drive business performance through HR processes.
• Assist in projects culminating in presentations to senior leaders.
• Support HR technology, employee engagement, and onboarding initiatives.
• Assist in employer branding and benchmarking HR practices.
