Job summary

Quantinuum in Broomfield, CO is seeking a U.S. HR Intern (full-time) to join the Internships/Students team in Business Operations. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• Master’s degree expected between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Demonstrated leadership through clubs and volunteer activities.
• Prior HR internships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to core HR functions such as performance reviews and compliance documentation.
• Partner with line leadership to support compensation, generalist, employee relations, staffing, and organizational development.
• Complete a special project and present to senior leaders.
• Summer projects may include Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Employer Branding, and HR Policy Research.
