Job summary

CNA Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Employee Services specialist to support employees and managers across the business. You will resolve HR inquiries, manage casework, and ensure lifecycle events are accurate and compliant.

In this role, you will provide Tier 2 support, administer employee data in Workday, and partner with HR COEs and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent service. The position emphasizes data integrity, process improvements, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources or customer service.
• Experience with HR case management and Workday/Dayforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case solver within HR Shared Services, resolving inquiries.
• Provide Tier 2 support for escalated HR matters.
• Administer employee master data and lifecycle changes in Workday.
• Collaborate with COEs and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service.
• Support training, process improvements, and ad hoc reporting.
