Qualifications

• 1–2 years in HR operations or employee lifecycle support.
• Strong problem-solving and discretion with sensitive situations.
• Clear communication of process-heavy topics.
• High attention to Workday transactions and records.
• Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 resolution of complex HR cases within the region end‑to‑end.
• Manage regional onboarding/offboarding tasks and lifecycle updates.
• Develop and maintain Tier 2 knowledge articles; support process improvements.
• Escalate to SMEs only when necessary and maintain regional alignment.
