Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks an experienced HR professional to lead employee relations and HR operations within a manufacturing environment in the Las Vegas area. You will coach managers, support change initiatives, and ensure compliance across the employee lifecycle from hire to separation.

In this role you will maintain records, support onboarding, coordinate I-9 and audits, and partner with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Benefits to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Strong customer service orientation with ability to build relationships.
• Experience supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee relations issues and advise managers.
• Support HRBPs with change management projects.
• Manage restructures, redundancies, redeployment.
• Oversee HR operational processes from hire to separation.
• Maintain employee records and data integrity.
• Assist onboarding and employee integration for new hires.
• Coordinate I-9 administration and audits.
• Generate workforce reports and analytics for decisions.
• Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries, guiding HR policies.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Benefits to ensure service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems.
