Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years HR experience.
• Experience directing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Ability to manage employee records and HR data accurately.
• Knowledge of FERPA and regulatory requirements; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees end-to-end hiring for Systems Office positions.
• Maintains employee records, benefits data, and Workday accuracy.
• Leads onboarding and initial orientation for new hires.
• Drives performance reviews and job description updates on an annual basis.
• Provides HR guidance on employee relations, leaves, and compliance.
