Zusammenfassung

Innova Solutions is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator for the Rayville, Louisiana area on a contract basis. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, coordinate high-volume schedules, and ensure compliance across background checks, I-9, and certifications.

You will work with EHS and Operations to ensure workforce readiness for data center construction projects, maintain onboarding records, and monitor KPI metrics. Strong HR onboarding experience in manufacturing/construction is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required or equivalent.
• 5-7 years HR and onboarding experience in construction or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in administrative or human resources is preferred.
• HR Certifications are a plus.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an HR Operations Coordinator

As an HR Operations Coordinator, you will:

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and workforce mobilization activities for employees, contractors, subcontractors, and temporary workers.
• Coordinate high-volume onboarding schedules, hiring forecasts, and workforce ramp-up efforts to support data center construction operations.
• Oversee background checks, drug screenings, I-9 verification, employment documentation, and onboarding compliance requirements.
• Verify certifications, licenses, training records, and workforce eligibility documentation.
• Coordinate site badging, credentialing, and access requirements while ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Facilitate new hire orientation programs and coordinate safety training and compliance certifications.
• Partner with EHS and Operations teams to ensure workforce readiness and project onboarding requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 5-7 Years HR and Onboarding experience in a construction or manufacturing industry

• Bachelor’s degree in administrative or human resource
• HR Certifications

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: $24 - $27 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
