NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Coordinator to support a diverse group of employees across Marketing and a fast-paced HR environment. The role will partner with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and Data Analytics to resolve issues and streamline HR processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of work experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems (SAP, Smart Recruiters, Click Boarding, TimeKeeper, and Sterling).
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle transactions.
• Initiate and manage HR requests, including compensation analyses and employment agreements.
• Support merit planning, bonus planning, performance management, succession planning, and learning initiatives.
• Own people analytics and generate meaningful metrics for the organization.
• Process employee payment requests and collaborate with Payroll for accuracy and on-time delivery.
