Job summary

iWorkforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to drive HR functions, ensure compliant record-keeping, and interpret policies and labor regulations across locations. The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to anticipate HR needs and deliver projects on time.

This temp-to-hire position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, with pay between $70k and $80k annually. The work environment is an office setting with occasional shop-floor visits, and travel is limited.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HR functions and projects.
• Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs.
• Interpreting HR policies and labor regulations across locations.
• Maintaining employee records and compliance.
• Partnering with the HR Director to lead HR across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee office supply management, mail handling, catering, meeting arrangements, and the creation/reconciliation of department costs (vouchers and invoices).
• Create and distribute company-wide announcements and communications.
• Maintain a deep working knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Partner with the HR Director to independently manage and lead HR functions across company locations.
• Maintain accurate employee personnel files (physical and electronic, full-time and contract) in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
