Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Compliance Delivery within the Compliance Solutions Shared Services organization.

You will lead a team delivering wage garnishments, new hire reporting, unemployment claims, and separation notices, partnering with compliance, legal, and product/tech to ensure regulatory readiness and service continuity. You will guide cross-functional initiatives, use data-driven insights to reduce risk, and drive automation opportunities while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in wage garnishment, compliance, change management, process improvement, project management, or operations.
• Strong experience in data analysis, including curating, analyzing, and presenting data.
• Experience leading multiple employees and guiding broader groups of associates.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the compliance delivery of Wage Garnishments, New Hire Reporting, Unemployment Claims, and Separation Notices / Offboarding.
• Serve as a liaison across compliance, legal, government affairs, Product/Tech, payroll system teams, Client Service, and leadership.
• Identify risks, drive process improvements, and advance automation initiatives to improve service delivery.
